Father (Stephen Hilla) who took his 3 children from mother in Eldorado, arrested in Florida, Children found safe.
Stephen Hilla and his 3 missing children were located in Key West Florida where they were camping at the Zachary Taylor State Park. He was found when the Florida State Park PD responded to an animal control call. They made contact with Mr. Hilla and he was taken into custody.
The children were turned over to child protective services. The mother has been notified and is in the process of making arrangements to have children picked up.

On December 8 around 12:30 pm twin boys Timothy and Justin 10 years old and 8 years old Emily were picked up for lunch by their father Stephen Hilla who shares custody of the children with his ex-wife Johanna. She agreed to the luncheon but expected them to be returned within a reasonable time. He did not show up with the children nor did he try to contact her in anyway. She tried to contact him repeatedly to no avail. She also went to his home to find no one there including his 2 dogs which was unusual. Mr. Hilla had taken them against the court issued joint custody order.
